As the Convenor of the Business Club of Entrepreneurs (BCE CONNECT), I have come to understand that leadership is not merely a title or a position; rather, it is a profound responsibility and an opportunity to inspire, guide, and unify. Leadership, at its core, is about service. It’s about serving a greater purpose beyond oneself, fostering growth, and empowering others to achieve their fullest potential. It requires not only vision and courage but also empathy and integrity. Throughout history, great leaders have emerged not by seeking power, but by earning the trust and respect of those they serve. They lead not by commanding, but by listening and understanding.

They embrace diversity of thought and nurture an environment where every voice is heard and valued. As the Convenor of BCE CONNECT, I am entrusted with the task of facilitating collaboration, fostering dialogue, and ensuring that every individual’s contribution is recognized and appreciated. My role transcends logistics; it embodies the spirit of inclusivity and the commitment to achieving collective goals. True leadership is about forging a path forward, even in the face of uncertainty. It requires resilience and adaptability to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. It demands accountability and transparency, holding ourselves and others to the highest standards of ethics and excellence. As the Convenor of BCE CONNECT, I am responsible for conducting 12 conclaves throughout my one-year term.

I am proud to share that I have successfully completed two of these conclaves, creating platforms for meaningful dialogue and collaboration among entrepreneurs. BCE operates through three verticals: corporate members, club members, and BCE CONNECT. My role specifically focuses on the CONNECT vertical, ensuring effective communication and synergy across these diverse groups. Leadership is about continuous learning and growth. It’s about inspiring others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more.
