The recruitment of Medical Officer will be in Group-A (Junior Branch) of Odisha Medical & Health Services Cadre under Health & Family Welfare Department in Level -12, Cell- 1 of ORSP Rules, 2017 (as per Seventh Pay Commission) with usual Dearness and other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
The posts are permanent. The recruitment examination will be conducted in accordance with provisions of the Odisha Medical & Health Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2017 Odisha Medical & Health Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules,2020, Odisha Medical & Health Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2025.
Date Of Examination
The written examination will be held on 11.05.2025 and the detailed scheduled will be notified in due course, OPSC said.
Place of Examination
The venue of the written examination for the posts of medical officer will be at Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. Request for change of examination centre will not be entertained, OPSC notification issued on Tuesday read.
