Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga's 'Spirit' with Tollywood Rebel Star Prabhas, is one of the highly anticipated movies. Following the phenomenal success of Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh and Animal, Vanga is gearing up another action drama. Since the announcement, the project has been creating significant buzz. While there have been no official updates on Spirit for quite a while now, several rumours regarding the cast have been doing rounds. Well, according to a recent report, Rashmika Mandanna was among the frontrunners for the lady lead in Spirit, however, Vanga is no longer considering her for Salman Khan's Sikandar.
Rashmika Mandanna is No Longer In Race For Spirit!
Rashmika Mandanna is undoubtedly one of the most successful actresses. Apart from South movies, Rashoo has reached new heights of success in the Hindi Film Industry. After blockbusters such as Animal and Pushpa 2 and Chhaava, reports were abuzz that Vanga was considering Rashmika as the lady lead for Spirit.
However, the latest report suggests that following the commercial failure of Sikandar with Salman Khan in the lead, Rashmika is no longer running for the role in Vanga's Spirit.
Reportedly, one commercial failure was enough to reconsider Rashoo's casting. Further, the report states that if Rashmika had been cast in the role, she would have received Rs 4 crore as remuneration.
However, there is no official confirmation backing the claims. As of now, Rashmika has open dates from June, leaving room for her potential return to the project.
