A notice for the hiring of Junior Assistant Managers (JAM) and Specialist-Agri Asset Officers (AAO) has been released by the Industrial Development Bank of India, or IDBI.

Applications can be submitted by potential candidates at idbibank.in, the official website.


The time frame for applications is November 21–November 30, 2024.

It is anticipated that the online exam will take place in December or January of 2025.

Qualifications in Education
Grade 'O'-Generalist: Bachelor's degree in any field from an institution recognized or authorized by the government or government agencies such as the UGC or AICTE. A diploma program won't be regarded as fulfilling the requirements for eligibility.

Specialist AAO: 4-year degree (B.Sc., B.Tech., B.E.) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Fishery Science/Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Pisciculture, Agro-Forestry, or Sericulture from a university recognized or approved by the government or government bodies such as AICTE, UGC.
