Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated the honor to the "140 crore people living in India" on Thursday after receiving the highest honor for his services to the Caribbean nation during the Covid-19 pandemic and his commitment to strengthening India-Dominican bilateral ties.


"I am honored to have received Dominica's highest national honor. In a post on the social media site X, Prime Minister Modi stated, "I dedicate it to the 140 crore people of India."

Additionally, Prime Minister Modi stated that he dedicated Dominica's highest national honor to the country's efforts, culture, and traditions.
