War 2 is one of the highly-awaited flicks starring Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan, Tollywood's Young Tiger Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. While Duggu will be reprising his role of Spy Agent Kabir, Jr NTR is making his BTown debut as an antagonist. Fans are thrilled to watch the big stars locking horns. But, fans are getting impatient to witness the dance faceoff between the duo. Well, recently at an event, Duggu shared a big update on War 2. Meanwhile, he also admitted being 'nervous'.
Hrithik Roshan Shares Update On War 2
During a recent event in Atlanta, Georgia, Hrithik Roshan shared that the shooting is almost finished. However, the much-awaited dance faceoff song featuring Jr NTR is to be filmed.
Notably, during the event, a scene from War was shown on a screen. Meanwhile, the anchor questioned about War 2.
Talking about War 2, Duggu said, "I was very afraid about how the sequel would turn out, but, I have to say I am extremely proud of this film."
Further, he added, "Ek gaana bacha hai bas, the film is shot. And that song is with Jr NTR, which I am going back now to film."
Hrithik is Nervous About Faceoff With Jr NTR!
Talking about the Jr NTR and their dance faceoff in the song, the Krrish actor said, "I hope, I do well. I'm nervous, and he is amazing. But, this film will be bigger and better than Part 1. So, wish me luck."
Furthermore, the Vikram Vedha actor expressed his admiration for the RRR actor and named him as his favourite co-star.
Sharing his experience of working with Jr NTR, Hrithik said, "I just did War 2 with him and he is amazing. He is brilliant. He's such a fine teammate, man! And I think, we have done something good, and I can't wait for you guys to watch it. War 2, August 14."
Hrithik and Jr NTR's Dance Faceoff in War 2
Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 is a part of YRF Spy Universe and serves as a sequel to 2019's War. Just like Hrithik's dance battle with Tiger Shroff in War, Ayan and Aditya Chopra have reportedly conceptualised the dance faceoff between Hrithik and Jr NTR in War 2.
According to earlier reports, while Pritam has composed the song, Bosco Martis has choreographed it. Around 500 dancers rehearsed for the dance to match their steps with the two dancing icons of India. Reportedly, the shooting of the song started on March 4 at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai.
