In order to protect himself from the threats made by gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Salman Khan is not taking any chances or leaving any loose ends. The Bollywood star's security system was strengthened even more on Tuesday.

New bulletproof glass was installed in the balcony of his home, Galaxy Apartments, in the upscale Bandstand suburb of the city, where the celebrity frequently welcomes his fans. This follows last month's birthday celebration for Salman. A contemporary security system and CCTV cameras were also installed to monitor the area in light of the increased security.
According to media reports, his parents live on the first floor of Galaxy Apartments, while the actor lives in a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor.

Two men on a bike shot Salman Khan's home four times in April of last year before running away. In order to kill him and his family, the actor thinks gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was to blame. As Bishnoi remains incarcerated, alleged members of his gang even threatened his father, Salim Khan, a seasoned screenwriter for Salim-Javed.
 

Salman's close friend Baba Siddique was shot dead in October of this year close to his Bandra office in Mumbai.

Salman has been keeping a low profile and hasn't made many public appearances since Baba Siddique was assassinated.


In the meantime, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang killed Baba Siddique, who was close to the Hindi film community.

He was well-known for hosting a number of well-known people at his extravagant Iftaar parties. Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, two of Bollywood's biggest superstars, had a five-year feud that split the entire industry into two loyalist camps until it was resolved in 2013 at a Baba Siddique Iftar party.
 

Regarding his career, Salman's next project is the upcoming film "Sikandar." After more than a year, Salman makes his big-screen comeback with the film. "Tiger 3" was the last time we saw the superstar.

A.R. Murugadoss, who directed "Ghajini," is also the film's director. Rashmika Mandanna plays Salman Khan's opposite.
