Heat wave alert: Over the next two days, temperatures in Odisha are expected to rise by 2-4 degrees Celsius.

Odishans should continue to brace themselves for a fierce summer as the temperature is expected to rise over the next few days.

The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, has predicted that the State will see two to four degree Celsius of temperature rise over the next two days.

According to the IMD forecast, there will be a strong heat wave in April, and the temperature rise is probably going to smash all previous records during that time. This year’s April heat wave conditions will last longer.

In addition, compared to prior years, the State is probably going to experience extreme heat wave conditions for longer than six to fourteen days in April and June.

Furthermore, according to IMD sources, there will be more heat waves during the day and humid conditions at night. For the next two days, Odisha’s northern, coastal, and interior regions will be mostly affected by this kind of weather. During that time, the highest temperature in these areas of the State could reach 40 degrees Celsius.
