SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024: Review the qualifying requirements and apply for 1061 PGT positions

The application process for 1061 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) positions has been launched by the State Selection Board of Odisha.


Interested and qualified candidates may apply online at ssbodisha.ac.in, the official website.

The deadline for submitting the application form is April 18, and the application process has started today.

Qualifications for Education

The candidate must have either finished an integrated six-year postgraduate master’s programme in the relevant subject from a recognised university or a regional college of education accredited by NCERT, with a minimum cumulative grade of 50%.

Candidates must also possess a B.Ed. or a degree that is deemed equivalent to a B.Ed. from an accredited university or institution, as recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit for all category of candidates shall be 21 years and the maximum age shall be 38 years of age as on January 1, 2024.

Unreserved / SEBC category: Rs 500

Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and PwD category: Rs 200
