On Saturday in Delhi, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi announced that the Subhadra Yojana would begin on September 17.
He announced that the Subhadra Yojana will be launched on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. According to him, PM Modi will travel to Odisha to officially introduce the yojana in front of five lakh women.
The Prime Minister has been asked to start the Subhadra Yojana in Odisha. Under this yojana, women will each receive a cash voucher worth Rs 50,000, empowering them. The Prime Minister will introduce the Yojana at a meeting that five lakh women will attend, he continued.
