Odisha celebrates Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya with Deepotsavs held throughout the state.

As numerous organisations celebrated deepotsav on Monday to commemorate Ram Lalla’s Pran Pratistha (consecration) and the opening of the Lord Ram Temple in Ayodhya, a divine atmosphere pervaded all of Odisha.

With great religious fervour, the Marwari Society in Cuttack celebrated deepotsav on Monday night, following the consecration of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.

To commemorate Ram Lalla’s return, the society’s members gave 40,000 laddus and kheer to the populace.

Advisor to the Cuttack Marwari Samaj, Raman Bagedia, commented on the festivities, stating, “This day will go down as one of the most important days in the history of Independent India.” At the Marwari Samaj, we made an effort to replicate the current Ayodhya atmosphere in Cuttack.

This is a joyful time. Thus, we also want everyone to be content. For this reason, laddus are being distributed. For the occasion, 40,000 laddus are ready. In the morning, 10,000 laddus have already been distributed. This evening, 30,000 laddus will be given out. Along with laddus, we are also giving away kheer and jalebi to the public, added Bagedia.

The Pran Pratishtha of Lord Ram was observed not only in Cuttack but also in Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Berhampur, and Sambalpur in the state of Odisha.

“Words cannot express how happy I am. My Lord has returned home. During the Ram Mandir movement, thousands of Kar sevaks lost their lives. A devotee in Balasore remarked, “I am thankful to have witnessed the construction of the Ram Temple at Ayodhya during my lifetime.

“Forget about India; the way that Lord Ram has been received in other nations demonstrates that He was already present in everyone’s consciousness,” the speaker uttered.
