After a “Mo Bus” travelling from Puri to Cuttack caught fire close to CDA Sector-9, a serious fire accident was avoided. No casualties or injuries were reported after all of the passengers were safely rescued.
The bus caught fire in the middle of the road for unknown reasons.
Sources claim that the car had visited Puri and was returning to Cuttack. In the middle of the trip, the driver noticed smoke coming from the bus close to Cuttack CDA Sector-9 and pulled over. The conductor and the passengers, who had just been loaded off the bus, were promptly informed by him.
After being notified, a team of fire fighters arrived quickly and extinguished the flames. We still don’t know the precise cause of the fire.
