On Monday, the Odisha government reorganised the IAS cadre significantly. In this regard, a notification was released by the Public Grievance and General Administration Department. Up to 17 districts now have new Collectors.
Samarth Verma, the Puri Collector, has been named Additional Chief Administrator of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, according to the notification. Vineet Bharadwaj, the Mayurbhanj collector, is currently the Cuttack collector. K. Sudarshan Chakravarthy, Collector of Khordha, has been appointed Director of Minor Minerals, Bhubaneswar. Nikhil Pavan Kalyan, a CMC Commissioner, has been named Director of Rural Development.

The Public Enterprises Department of Government has appointed Temjenwapang Ao, the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Southern Division) of Berhampur, as Commissioner-cum Secretary.
The Revenue Divisional Commissioner (Northern Division), Sambalpur, has been appointed to be Srikanta Prusty, Special Secretary to the Government, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department.
In the Central Division of Cuttack, Ranjan Kumar Das, the Chief Administrator of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration in Puri, has been appointed as the Revenue Divisional Commissioner. He is permitted to continue serving as the Divisional Commissioner for Revenue (Southern Division), Berhampur.
The new Collector and District Magistrate of Mayurbhanj is Ashish Thakare, the previous Collector and District Magistrate of Keonjhar.
The State Election Commission of Bhubaneswar’s secretary, Bijay Kumar Dash, has been named the Puri district magistrate and collector.
Director of Social Welfare Monisha Banerjee, Collector and District Magistrate of Bargarh, has been appointed.
The new Collector and District Magistrate of Khurda is Chanchal Rana, the former Collector and District Magistrate of Bolangir.
Swadha Dev Singh, Collector & District Magistrate, Rayagada has been appointed as Collector & District Magistrate, Nayagarh.
Cuttack Municipal Corporation has appointed Slddharth Shankar Swain, Collector & District Magistrate, Angul, as a Commissioner.
The Panchayati Raj Drinking Water Department has appointed Chakravarthi Singh Rathore, the Collector and District Magistrate of Jajpur, as a Joint Secretary to the Government.
The new Collector and District Magistrate of Angul is Md. Abdaal Akhtar, the previous Collector and District Magistrate of Koraput.

As of right now, Rina Pradhan is the Sub-Collector at Baliguda, Kandhamal.
Balasore’s Sub-Collector, Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke, has been appointed.
As of right now, Kirandeep Kaur Sahota is the Sub-Collector for Gunupur, Rayagada.
In Titilagarh, Bolangir, Rehan Khatri has been designated as Sub-Collector.
