Sources said that on Friday, investigators from the Income Tax Department questioned Bishal Das, the son of late BJD leader Naba Das.
According to accounts, Bishal was questioned in a Jharsuguda hotel by representatives of the Income Tax departments from Rourkela, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, and Bhubaneswar. According to the most recent information, he spent four hours being questioned. Subsequently, it was discovered that the tax investigators had freed Bishal.
Although the Income Tax department has not yet provided clarification regarding the grounds for questioning, Bishal has not responded either.
