Following India’s World Cup victory, Ravindra Jadeja announces his retirement from Twenty20 international cricket.

Ravindra Jadeja, an all-round left-arm spinner, announced on Saturday that he is quitting T20 International cricket after winning the Men’s T20 World Cup at Kensington Oval. Now that India has achieved the elusive trophy glory in Barbados, where they became the first team to win the title as an undefeated side, he follows Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in retiring from Twenty20 international cricket. Due to a knee injury, Jadeja had to miss the 2022 tournament; however, he announced on Instagram that he would still be playing for his country in ODIs and Tests.
