After the party won all of the state’s elections and ousted the BJD, the BJP designated two recently appointed Union cabinet ministers as observers to choose the Chief Minister for Odisha on Sunday.
Rajnath Singh and Bhupender Yadav have been designated by the party as observers for the selection of the next Odisha chief minister. The decision was announced by the party in a press release on Sunday night.
On June 12, the newly elected BJP government’s Odisha Chief Minister will be sworn in with great pomp and circumstance.
It is planned for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be present at the Odisha Chief Minister’s oath-taking ceremony.
